Crescendo is a music store located in Muhlenberg, Germany which Saga frequently visits. It houses the White Grand Piano that belonged to her mother, the late Ingrid Bergman. After Ingrid's death, the piano was kept on display in the store, prompting Saga to go there and play it. Whenever the manager is around, however, she is often scared off by his seemingly stern, standoffish looks. Also working there is Paul, an employee who understands Saga's situation and lets her play it whenever his boss isn't around. The two have become well acquainted and he expects her arrival at 4 o'clock each day to play, enjoying listening to her music while working.
